Research is search for knowing the truth (Latin re (again) and cercier (to search), or in French, the term chercher means ‘seek’). REC undertakes various research on VOCATIONS, and its projects, but is not merely limited to collecting data, and knowing the truth only, but also provide emboldening measures, fostering critical reviewers than passive viewers and users, and empower individuals to be good workers-VOCATION HOLINESS/QUALITY VOCATIONS.

VOCATION dynamics aims “at the service of an authentic culture of encounter” it is important for us to share, participate, empower and efficiently communicate by joining our heads and hearts together. That will create a more communicating Indian Church on vocation ministry, an impact engendering Ecclesia where the GOOD NEWS i.e., Jesus Christ be communicated effectively and not just verbally proclaimed and GOOD WORKER CONCEPT MADE REAL.

The research component of the Rogationists ministry is in a process of catching the pace of the current world by conducting researches on relevant areas of vocations, train vocation Pedagogues for religious congregations, institutes, schools, parishes, diocese in regionally as well as nationally. It is the sole vocation research organ of the Rogationists in India, with a wide range of research projects and services in the area of vocation research and data analysis. We hope to carry out the largest, methodologically and technologically most demanding research projects within the Indian Catholic Church such as measurement of television audience, monitoring of the Internet traffic and monitoring of socio-demography of the Internet population, as well as monitoring advertising investments related to vocations and communications.
